Refunds & Returns Policy

 

All returns must be authorized FIRST by contacting us.

 

Changing / Editing Orders

If you have placed an order with King Cobra Hobby the easiest way to find your order is to contact us at support@kingcobraofflorida.com or sign in to your account and check the status of your order on your my account page. Please note we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, and so we are usually unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed. Once your order invoices prints it has entered our shipping process and cannot be changed or canceled. Note: Our office will close on most major U.S. holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Returning Financing Orders

With financing orders, we do NOT allow refunds or returns!

 All returns must be authorized FIRST by contacting us.


Unauthorized Returns

In the event a package is returned to us without authorization;  for example due to postal address mismatch,  carrier mis-delivery or failed delivery, refusal of delivery or return to sender; refunds automatically incur a 15% restocking fee.

 

Authorized Returns 

To be eligible for a return, you must get a manager's approval to make exception to our return policy.

If approved for a return, our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a return authorization by our returns department.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Re-stocking Fees on Returns
All returns incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your banking institution to process the refund.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kingcobraofflorida.com and send your item to: King Cobra of Florida, Inc., 2101 N Pace Blvd, Pensacola FL 32505, United States.

Shipping a Return Item

If you are authorized to return your product, you should mail your product to: King Cobra of Florida, Inc., 2101 N. Pace Blvd, Pensacola FL 32505, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your shipped item.

King Cobra of Florida does not offer refunds on any items that have already been shipped unless a return has been authorized by our returns manager and assigned an RMA number.

Shipping insurance is automatically applied to all orders during the checkout process. By declining this service, the customer assumes full liability for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. We are not responsible for replacing items or issuing refunds for uninsured packages.
