Warranties Are Provided by Manufacturers ONLY.

 

Congratulations, your purchase is FULLY COVERED by a manufacturer's warranty!

Typically this means the manufacturer will replace or repair your item at their expense, if something is wrong or broken right out of the box!

You may need to contact the manufacturer directly to get approval from them to cover your warranty issue.  If you need help finding their information, please call us.

In most cases, they will handle your warranty issue directly with you.  Ocassionaly at their discretion they may want to work with us to replace or repair the item you bought, if needed.

 

 

Have a problem with one of our products, right out of the box? 

This is a warranty issue, DO NOT RETURN IT TO US.

We NEVER sell opened, used or third-party-purchased inventory. All items in our store are brand new, un-opened, and covered fully by the manufacturer's warranties!   We buy ALL inventory directly from the authorized manufacturer/distributor ONLY, and never through third parties.  Furthermore,  we are fully authorized to advertise, sell and retail ALL items we list on our site, according to the manufacturer or their distributor's policies.
